Lyn's "Old" Artwork
As the title says I can provide some of my old artwork. My
more recent stuff is back at my apartment...which I am not at (At my mum's for Christmas break) nor do I have
my camera on me. I know I know I'm such a horrible person Dx
Anyways the stuff I'm showing you is from about four years
ago and a lot has changed since then.
For this we had to do a painting that was part of the final
project in the class. I can't remember the dimensions of the painting, but it
was quite large and took the whole year (Although if I was given more time...it
would have definitely taken longer) This is the "in progress" stage
haha (YOU WILL NEED TO CLICK ON THE PICTURE TO SEE THE WHOLE IMAGE)
This is the night I was almost done with the painting. Although despite me "finishing" it for the project. I still don't consider it "done" there was a lot that needed to be fixed and I am still not happy with it.
However, even though I was not done with it my Art professor apparently really liked it and wanted to add it to the school's art collection, which surprised me.
Here it is being displayed...the picture quality isn't great.
Aside from the final project we had many little projects (I swear I never slept) Below is my first attempt at painting a lion and let me tell you...this sh!t is not easy! Same applies with this one-Click on it foo!
This is the final piece xD It's pretty...uh well you'll see.
I do not consider myself an artist. And the all the pictures displayed above were taken with my phone's camera haha

Fancy Acrylic work you have there, Lyn! You got the peacock spot on. There's quite a few of them where I'm from, and they look exactly like that! Excellent job on composition and coloring. It's posing!!
The lion totally fits the HakunaMatata theme. LOL.

Totally an artist painting is one of the hardest form of art (imo) and you should totally feel proud of it

Is it a coincidence that peacock feather is our guild's signature headgear? :3

These frogs were an idea I had for the background of that peacock painting...but they never got added in.

Re: Lyn's "Old" Artwork
I've been meaning to take a course at some point this year to refine my skills.
Everything I know is self taught... I preferred taking music as my optional art course in high school
